چکیده
The high entropy alloy (HEA) filler used during the fabrication method determines reliability of HEAs for steel-aluminum dissimilar configuration. have a direct impact on formation intermetallic compounds (IMC) formed by interaction iron (Fe) and aluminum (Al), influence size joint’s zone. A novel welding process Fe-Al joints was developed to prevent development brittle iron-aluminum interface. This research involved investigation possibility using HEA powdered filler. Fe5Co20Ni20Mn35Cu20 as laser joining lap configuration hyper-duplex stainless steel UNS S33207 6061. has unique properties, such strength, good ductility, resistance corrosion wear. tiny portion stainless-steel area melted varying parameters. high-entropy with slow kinetic diffusion large employed aid in producing solid solution structures, impeding blending particles hindering IMCs. weld seam created without use IMCs,. specimen broke at HEAs/Al interface tensile-shear strength 237 MPa. achieved 12.86% higher than base metal AA 6061 75.57% lower steel.

Welding Aluminum Alloy 6061 with Opposing Dual Torch Gtaw Process
Cracking is a major concern in welding aluminum alloys. Although weld solidification cracks can be eliminated through addition of filler alloy, the additives modify the alloy or base-metal constituents and may not always be desirable. High-energy beam processes, such as electron-beam welding, that result in minimal heat input reduce crack sensitivity, but their high cost limits their applicatio...

A special form of laser spot welding is introduced to overlap dissimilar welding of titanium (G2) to 3105-O aluminum alloy. A welding tactile seam tracking design using following pulses that result to a circular seam leads to spot like shape laser welding. This technique was conducted to joint overlapped grad 2 Titanium alloy (Ti G2) to 3105-O Al alloy, with 1, and 0.5 mm thicknesses respective...
